Returns & Exchanges
To return your item you need to follow the procedure below:
- Go to My account
- Go to My orders
- Find the order the product is in that you want to return and click Show all order information.
- Find the product you wish to return, and click return.
- Select the reason why you want to return the product.
- Leave a message for our customer service team (the more information you provide, the quicker we can process your return).

How quick will my order be refunded after I return or cancel it?
It takes between 2 to 5 business days. This depends on the payment method you paid with.
What are the return conditions?
1. Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Human factors damaged.
3.Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Failure to follow our procedures to return the goods, we will not bear the return shipping cost.
6. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. E-prd cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to E-prd.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
I have returned more items than it says in my email
When you return more than one item, it’s possible that you’ll receive a separate return email for each product you return.
